Hi there! My name as I'm sure you have deduced is Adam Bissonnette (bee•suh•net) and I appreciate you taking time from your day to browse my online portfolio and I hope that you have found my work pleasing to your eye.
I've been a photographer for 7 years at the time of writing this "Bio" page. It is possible that I have been a photographer for slightly longer or much longer if I have mistakenly neglected this page as coming up with a half decent about me page can be a very stressful process.
I was first introduced to the art of photography while attending college for animation. We used photography as a tool to teach us how to go about composing a scene. It was a short class in which we used film and slides as this was still before digital was even a thing. A few years later in an attempt to hold off the realities of adult life I attended film school. This is where my love for photography really took hold. With film you have time to tell a story, words, movement and music to help everything move along. With photographs you have none of these. You are challenged to tell a story in one frame and I relish the opportunity.
Be it a wedding or a 2 hour family photoshoot my goal is to tell a story through the very first photo you look upon. You should be able to relive the atmosphere and emotion from your very own photo shoot. I also do a great job at creating the illusion that everyone in the family photoshoot is having a blast and enjoying each others company.
Thank you for taking time to view my work and for reading this ridiculous bio of mine. I hope that one day soon I will have the opportunity to capture your amazing story through a few hundred photos.
